Insurance Answers

Our office staff attempts our best effort to answer and handle your insurance needs. We pride ourselves in dealing with insurance needs such as submitting claims, following up on any problems associated with a claim, and figuring the amount that the patient owes. Our office adheres to HIPAA guidelines and policies for patient information. (See HIPAA section)

We do submit billing for Medicare (BUT WE ARE NOT A PARTICIPATING PROVIDER). This means that a Medicare patient must pay us each visit and then Medicare will send them a check if they deem it appropriate.
